"panigacci discreti comodamente a sarzana!. Da migliorare l’impiattamento dei salumi che vengono serviti con un tagliere avvolto dalla carta cosa che a me personalmente non piace, e in generale la decorazione della tavola."

"Non avevo mai assaggiato i panigacci e devo dire che sono stati una bella scoperta: impasto simile alla piadina ma senza grassi ed un metodo di cottura, tramite "testi" (piatti di terracotta) roventi, che risale al medioevo. Il ristorante appartiene ad una catena."

"Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione e ci hanno comunque sistemati, senza tanti problemi. Personale cortese, preparato e simpatico. Locale accogliente e caratteristico, tavoli sufficientemente distanziati, servizi igienici molto puliti. Si è mangiato bene e abbiamo scoperto i Panigacci, che sono piaciuti a tutti; ottime soprattutto le 3 salse del tris. Le 5 stelle sono anche motivate dal fatto che tutte le stoviglie sono compostabili, aspetto per me molto importante che denota rispetto per l'ambiente. Un po' care le birre artigianali ma ci può stare, hanno comunque anche la possibilità di bere birre tradizionali quali la Moretti, a prezzo decisamente più modico. Positivo anche l'impiego di acqua depurata e gasata internamente, con ulteriore risparmio di plastica. Prezzo accessibile a tutti, luogo ideale per famiglie."
